Is there really any excuse?

Psalm 64:9-10 (NLT), John 3:16 (NLT), Hebrews 11:3 (NLT), Hebrews 11:6 (NLT)

How can anyone not acknowledge a creator God?

Romans talks about natural & divine revelation and concludes that in reality no excuse for ignoring God is really a valid one!

Todays reading in Psalm 64:9 in the NLT says “and tell of the amazing things He has done!” refering to those who don’t yet acknowledge the Lord! There’s something supernatural or extraordinary happening when people acknowledge the amazing things God is and has done that happens! Something breaks! Unbelief falls away! A desire to learn and discover more of God in our lives!

This is the difference between natural revelation and divine revelation. Natural revelation comes first but the beholder has to first acknowledge God, as Hebrews 11:3,6 to acknowledge where this world came from and without faith it is impossible to please God…

After natural revelation allows God to show in His time divine or supernatural revelation into our hearts. Perhaps today the Lord desires you to open your heart to him – look up see the natural revelation around you shouting about the amazing things of God! Now turn and ask him for his revelation of how much he loves you! Its why Jesus came – For God so loved the world he sent his one and only sin that whoever believes (and trusts) in him will have eternal life! What a promise!

Open my eyes today to see the amazing things you have done in the natural that I may see also the super extra-ordinary things you are doing and have done that I may learn and grow in my relationship with Father God throgh Christ Jesus my Lord. Amen.
