It’s been a great week of doing kids ‘Mini Olympics’ in the park here in Dun Loaghaire. I will try to post some pictures soon. We were right down on the sea front green for what was supposed to be three days! Well the first 2 days were great weather wise unfortunately the rain came down and meant we couldn’t do today in the park – well I guess that’s Ireland for you!

I was so encouraged with the team from Charlotte USA that came to help us provide this fun time in the park for a few local kids as well as helping us in the church love Dun Loaghaire by doing odd jobs for people living here.

For me it has been an exciting week, mornings in Spirit Radio, including getting one of our team (Josh) from Charlotte sharing his story on the morning show Wednesday morning.

Friday will be our last day of the mission week. In the afternoon we will be dressing up the street and putting on a bit of a community bbq with face-painting and balloon modeling for the kids! Should be fun eh!?! I’ll look at posting more pics and stuff later in the week.

Next Week: 18 – 20 June, I’m taking a three day break in Spain next and I’m going to be away in sunny weather for my birthday (19th June) visiting Rut who has just finished her Erasmus year in Ireland stayed here in the house in shankill, so it should be nice for three days.

Finally, the rest of June and July will prove busy as Spirit Radio will be moving studio’s – pray for grace for me. I am also looking at re-focusing my time and ministry focus from the autumn as the Lord is leading me – more of that soon!
