Sometimes or probably more often than not life throws all kinds of difficulties that thwart are plans.

This psalm starts with a contrast: between running to God or escaping far away from issues or circumstances that trouble us.

How are your foundations in your life? Even right foundations get shaken by the enemy!

But the cry of David here we can learn! Take refuge in him, amplified bible adds “trust him” even in shaky times this is when we need to take refuge & learn to trust Him.

Consider today the enemy’s lies coming at you they night be stuff like you’re rubbish, no one likes you or even God doesn’t love you! These are total lies to disrupt your destiny in God! Don’t listen! Take refuge in Father God today, ask forgiveness for listening to the lies, ask Holy Spirit to fill you with his love and him singing over you with joy!
