As I wait at the airport to board back to Ireland I reflect on my time in Germany. Firstly at the KKI Europe Gathering in Schneeberg. This is the first time for awhile reconnecting with KKI YWAM I actually felt part of what God is doing in Ireland. Intergenerational ministry is in my dna and that is exactly what KKI (Kings Kids International) stands for! It was so encouraging to see old (sorry I mean not that old) familiar faces and new generation rising up in positions of leadership.
My passion to serve the church in Ireland is stronger than ever and I am so encouraged as to seeing the children, teenagers and families rise up to take the good news of Jesus across the nation and beyond!
Around 2 years ago when God first re-ignited my passion for KKI in Ireland he gave me the scripture:
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
John 14:12 NIV
Raise up an army to see God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. I am challenged to see the emerging generations equipped to run further, faster and better than my or previous generations to see His will on earth as it is in heaven.
How is God shaping things…
I am challenged to build on the tour of last year with Hannah Schaefer and Rebekah Fitch for 2020 to put together an intergenerational team alongside the One Lord Festival to serve churches, communities by way of mission & outreach and evangelistic concerts.
In my own church here God is challenging me to facilitate a Youth Alpha in january 2020 to encourage teenagers & equip young leaders.
In Spirit Radio I continue to work 3 days a week and my goal this next month is to upgrade the playout system to make it easier to manage (less on me) and raise funds to equip for outside broadcasts as Spirit Radio is in process of renewing its licence for another 10 years!
Conclusion
If you would like to support my ministry the best way to do that is through prayer – most important to have an army of prayer warriors behind me with the freedom to share something of the heart of God with me. if that is you please get in touch and i will look at setting a WhatsApp broadcast group.
It maybe too that the Lord puts it on your heart to support me financially though no pressure I continue to trust the Lord and should there come a time that through the increasing of my monthly support means I am released to do more for His kingdom then thank you in advance!
